Hiya :)

Just another newbie here. I've had health issues which led to being placed on multiple medications that caused weight gain - now that I'm off the meds I'm struggling to lose the weight.

Weight stats are in signature, height five two :)

Hello, and welcome to 3FC! I gained weight on meds once. Really stinks, because you don't even get to enjoy what put the weight on. :lol:

Welcome to the best site on the net, My name is Mary,can't say I am new to it, but mostly I just lurk in the back ground. I just started back on program this week AGAIN!!! Weghing in this time at 86.3kgs and AM GOING DOWN TO 78kgs. THink positive! I wish you well on your weight loss.
