Found this site quite by accident but really appreciate the amenities of it. Started WW 4 wks ago, & have lost a total of 15.8 lbs. I have been working out 3-4 x per week & feel much better for it. Just wanted to say hi, and keep up the good work with this site. .

Wolfriend,

I started WW 5 weeks ago and have lost 14 since joining. Before joining, I had lost some weight on my own, but decided I needed to do something more so I joined WW and I am sticking with the program this time until I get to be a lifetime member!
