Hi,
I am new to 3FC but not new to weight loss. I have gained and lost 100 pounds several times but I have decided to make this the last time. I did say that before... BUTT this time I am faced a few obstacles that I had not faced the prior times; hypothyroism, disability, post menopausal and chronic pain. My name is Mary and I married a wonderful man named Bob last October. I have five grown children and eight grandchildren. Glad to be a part of such a supportive place! Mary
