Okay, this is actualy new for me, I have always been very underweight. Not by trying, or anything else. yes I know sounds liek a problem. Anywise, I guess I am just not as young as I once was. I am one of those that carries it all inthe front. skinny legs, skinny arms and this budda belly. HELP, I do not wnat to look like my mom.

I am 34 and needing some ideas and encouragment to get moving. This is one of the few sites that seems to be kind to all sizes and conditions.

Everybody here is wonderful. It doesn't matter if you need to lose 3 lbs or 300 lbs!
I see you've been in the FeatherWeights forum. Check out the chat there ... I think it's the October thread.
Tell us a bit more about you ... what do you like to eat and what do you like to do for exercise?

Well, I do tend to like to eat healtier foods, I am not much on diary or sweets, although int he last year I have been drinring way to much pop, at least one a day and just eating very well. I don't do breakfast, and probably need to.

I enjoy light weight lifting, when I get into a routine. Not much for areboic activitie that are meant for workouts. I thinking I need to find some kind of dance, or get out more with dog. I have a realy nice treadmill, I think it is the stupidist thing ever. I use to do alot of hiking, wel then we moved and no mountains. I loved the outdoors and since we moved I just don't seem to get out much at all combine that with age, and wham. here I am.

I'm a tummy issues girl too. If you look at me from the front, I look pretty good. From the side? Oh BOY. Not pretty!
