Just thought I would introduce myself. My name is Stacey and I am a SAHM/WAHM. I own an online business, and keep busy running 4 children here and there. I have come to the realization that it is imperrative that I lose weight now. I also know that I need some support!! So I came upon this board. Hopefully I will be headed in the right direction with board memberships and some determination to do better. Thank you all.

I'm not sure if you are interested but we are starting up a challenge in our group. You and anyone else is welcome to join in if you like.

Go to the support group section and click on " Help I've been living in denial" Look for the rules there. We are still tweeking it so this is a great time to get on board.
