Well, I have been around around with dieting. After having 2 kids and all the things alot of other woman have I have gained tons of weight, moreso in the last few months during a few very stressful events in my life. Now, it is past time to get myself together and get healthier. It is hard and I struggle with food, I really believe it is a form of addiction for me, very hard to break. I CAN DO IT, I know I can. So, when i set my goals, I do not go bt the weight #, I go by my clothing #, dont own a scale, dont want to! I am currently 5"10, very tall and I carry my weight differently than shorter woman, I am now a size 20 boardering on an 18 adn want to be down to a size 12 which for my body type is just right, not to big and not too small, just perfect for me. So, I have along road ahead of me but it is great to know there are other women here who have the same struggles as me!!!!!Wish me luck.
