Talking Help Needed in Germany..

I'm a 15 year old in high school. I've been trying to lose weight for sometime now and I finally need help. I'm in school between 7-3(including travel time back and forth) and then from about 4-10 I can workout. I cant go to a gym cause we live in the middle of nowhere and I want to know if there's anything I can do that will take the weight off faster. I want to lose 2lbs a week at most. Comment if you can help me. Thanks A Bunch

Hi, Leygh.

I'm not going to be much help on the exercise front, as I've just started my journey and I'm only really using my treadmill and taking the stairs more right now, but I just wanted to WELCOME you and say good luck! Oh, and congrats on the 25lbs you've already lost!!! WTG!!!

Welcome Leygh! My advice would be to just start walking! That is the only exercise I do right now!

Hi Jordan. So wise of you to get the weight off while you are young! Believe me, it gets harder. And is also good for your health.

I also recommend aerobic walking. It is fantastic exercise. You might want to consider a pedometer; they make it fun and challenging to break your records, etc. I recommend the Omron HJ-112 which you can get from amazon.com. In fact I think there is a link somewhere on the site where you can order it and 3FC gets a "cut."

Hey, Jordan. I am also 15 and I think that the easiest type of exercise is walking. There are so many options and you can work up to longer distances or jogging/running over time. If you want you can PM me or IM me anytime if you need encouragement or accountability or anything.
