I am new and searching for that one thing that will help me stay on track... Like most people here, I have lost the weight and put it back on again. Yes I had a baby, but 30 kg's worth.. I think that is no excuse...
So here I am. I have tried to loose the the weight many times over the last 12 months and come 18 days in to the devoted plan.... I fall off the wagon (so to speak).
I am hoping to post in a journal on a regular basis and also talk in the threads to help with motivation and sticking to me plan.
I am from Melbourne, Australia and am 27 years old. I desperatley want to loose some weight so I am healthier and more involved. When I was lighter, I really enjoyed myself more, so I need to work out what makes me eat like crazy and try to fix it. I also want to have another baby, so I need to loose some weight for that too.
Mini-Goal - 100kgs
Big Goal - 90kgs
I should be able to get to 100ks by Christmas, considering I am 107kg now..
Anyway.. Are you all the secret... I hope so, I am sure it will be great to have some support and people who understand...

At least a lot of us certainly feel that this forum is really tops in helping us keep encouraged and on track, and getting in shape with a sense of humor and being able to laugh at ourselves and share. Glad you are here.
