Hello to all , Iam new here and very confused! hew! This is a very large site.
Im used to a smaller one. My name is LInda and I have lost 77lbs. Iam under my goal weight. Iwant to lose 9more lbs. 236/159/165 THis a very cool site!!
Well anyway iam sure i will figure it all out. I had a great day today. walked 5miles this morning . Ate on plan and did 45min on the gazelle. HOpe everyone
had a great day and night.

Welcome! Yes you are so right, there is so much to do and read on this site....I've been coming here for a while now and It is still overwhelming! Congratulations on your loss! You rock GURL! the 25lbs kicked to the curb!! You go girl!! Be patient with yourself and you will have it all off before you know it. May I ask what plan are you on? You are
a very pretty women. Iam a firm believer that if you have the want power bad enought , you will have what you want. Keep it up and before you know it

Hey Linda!!!!!

I am on the ww flex plan! I have been doing it on and off since april 2005 and stopped in June of 2005 and started again in may 2006 and stopped again and started again really 3 weeks ago! But I really just need to keep my butt in gear and I will lose lose lose! I know it!!!!!! I want to be healthy, thin & cellulite free! lol

Thank`you on the nice comment! That picture is one of me last year in june when I was 175.

Default Get In Gear!!!

Jennie , You can get in gear!! You are so close , step up the exercise!! I know it works for me. I have followed the Ultimate weight loss solution by Dr. Phil.
Also am a member of a board for support Ididtn know there was on here. This a cool site. Just have to figure it all out.
My daughter is on ww and goes to curves and walks with me 5mile 5to 6days
aweek. I also do the gazellel for 45-1hr 3times aweek. I do the biggest looser
dvd alos Leslie sansome walk away the pounds when i cant walk out side 3mils.
Iam a exercise nut!! hew!! I used to be the biggest couch potato you would
ever see!! ie that is to much work!! hew!! not it is my way of life.
Do you also post where ever. I went shopping this am and bought a couple of
blouses to wear to work. Dont want to buy any pants until iam where i want to be weight wise. I hope you haVe a great day. Remeber if you want it bad enought you will get that but in gear!! hew!! hew!! I know mine is is automatic
pilot!! hew!!

Well thank you!

I have tried several different plans, but this weight loss has been happening off-and-on for about two years now. So I don't really think of it as being quite so impressive as that of someone who diets continuously and drops the same amount of weight, you know?

I have pretty well settled on the Atkins way of eating, but it's mainly for my health instead of just weight loss. I have lupus, and avoiding processed foods and refined carbohydrates reduces my pain and the number of "flares" I have. As far as exercise, I just walk, bellydance and do Pilates three or four times a week.

Have a great day yourself, and you're doing AWESOME with your weight loss!
