I have tried several different plans, but this weight loss has been happening off-and-on for about two years now.

So I don't really think of it as being quite so impressive as that of someone who diets
continuously and drops the same amount of weight, you know?
I have pretty well settled on the Atkins way of eating, but it's mainly for my health instead of just weight loss. I have lupus, and avoiding processed foods and refined carbohydrates reduces my pain and the number of "flares" I have. As far as exercise, I just walk, bellydance and do Pilates three or four times a week.
