Default My first day
Just wanted to introduce myself... its my first day of a new diet and my first day on this site

Im hoping to lose about 50 pounds for now, and I randomly saw this site, thought this would help me achieve my goals especially when I feel weak.

oh man and do I ever feel weak.

I saw a few pictures of people who have lost a ton of weight and let me say I am pumped now.. I see it can happen and that if you put your mind and body to it one can achieve anything
