Hi everyone....I just found this site today. I need to start my diet and exercise rountine but just haven't been motivated to do so. Maybe this game is what I need. I thrive on competition! So lets play!!!
thanks ladies for the responses. just one thing--how do i copy and paste-told ya i was computer challenged...........lol i made a ticker i just dont know what to do from there.
you drag your mouse over the ticker's html code so that it's highlighted, you right click and select copy. Then go to your signature edit thing, right click in the empty window where the words and stuff goes, and select paste.
got a question....can you add up exercise time I do 30 mins in the morning and I am going to try to add 30 in the evening (i am lucky to get 30 in the morning before the kids start to tear the house apart) so could I use it as 60 mins?
Ok this is to check and see if i did the siggy right. I cant wait until this challenge gets started. I need something to keep me accountable--I fall off the wagon too easy............lol. Thanks for the help on the siggy Amberkay. Oh yea, how do you change the weight when we lose on the siggy?

Is there a certain way we have to register for this challenge? Is saying we want in all we have to do? Sorry for all the ?'s, I'm just so ready to start........lol
