Hi I'm Stacy and I've just decided, that after all the times I've tried to do diets like calorie counting, these diets just don't work unless there's someone else there to keep me accountable. So that's why I'm joining. I'm looking for someone that I can team up with to help me on my way to getting to the weight I want to be.
So, anyone want to be my buddy to keep each other accountable?!
We can be buddies... I have a problem with portion control and emotional eating (at times, like today ) so I am trying to work on that, as well as getting my body fat % down...I am at 133, but i and "jiggly" hehehe probably have a good 10% bodyfat to lose...what do you think?
