Hey I'm in the metro detroit area too. I'm doing healthier meal selections and lots of water along with exercise at least 4 times per week. We can offer support and motivation to each other.

I am doing healither eating...stoped drinking...lol lots of water & walking 6 days A week stationary bike and some strenghth training from home I am taking slimquick but when they are gone (it is a month suppy) I am not going to take anything else I don't think
