I started WW 4 weeks ago and have only lost 8 lbs. Not sure what I am doing wrong. Not sure if I am not eating right or due to it's my TOM.
I need a buddy who can keep me going and tell what I am doing wrong.

8lbs in 4 weeks is nothing to be disappointed with at all. I joined weight watchers in April and I have lost 14.4 lbs in 12 weeks and I am happy with my progress, you should be happy too! WW suggest that a healthy weight loss is no more than 2lbs per week, so you are right on target. Way to go!
