HI all,
I am new here and I am hoping this website is what I need to get off my butt and lose some weight.
I know what I have to eat and I know what I have to do, it is just doing it that I cant seem to do. I hate I am fat, I hate I cant wear nice clothes. But I work, cook, clean, I have a 5yrs old and a 11month old, I have a MIL and FIL living with us, I look after them too. I get up 5.30am and dont go to sleep till 10.00pm.
When do I make time to work out? I dont get two minutes to myself.
I live in North NJ, anybody out there who can kick me on the butt and make me do this. I am at 225 pounds and am 5ft6inch tall, so i need to lose about 50Lbs!
