HI all,
I am new here and I am hoping this website is what I need to get off my butt and lose some weight. I know what I have to eat and I know what I have to do, it is just doing it that I cant seem to do. I hate I am fat, I hate I cant wear nice clothes. But I work, cook, clean, I have a 5yrs old and a 11month old, I have a MIL and FIL living with us, I look after them too. I get up 5.30am and dont go to sleep till 10.00pm. When do I make time to work out? I dont get two minutes to myself. I live in North NJ, anybody out there who can kick me on the butt and make me do this. I am at 225 pounds and am 5ft6inch tall, so i need to lose about 50Lbs! ;) |

I am new here also! I have the same problem--I know what to eat and I know I need to exercise, but where do I fit it in? I am a 32 year old working mother of two (9 year old and 4 year old). I need a daily swift kick in the butt also. I just ordered the Turbo Jam dvds and I can't wait to give them a try. I see that several people have been chatting about how great they are. I would love to be able to exercise first thing in the morning, but I am afraid the only time I might be able to squeeze in is at night. Do you have any exercise videos or dvds you might be able to do at home? Talk to you later. |
I have a treadmill, I did the Winso Pilates, I have the leg shper thingy too. I feel like I have to get up at 5am to workout then why even sleep!
Ihave one hour st lunch which I am thinking I shold walk in, but I have just that one hour to read or do my errands and then to give that up I would go insane, it is my only quiet time all day. I know somebody will say I have to prioritize, but I also have to priortize me time too. |
