I have been browsing for awhile and trying to do this on my own but I can't do it alone. Looking for someone with similiar background to buddy with.

My son is 3 1/2, I am happily married and have a great career. The only problem is I do not recognize the person in the mirror.

I think this would be much easier if I have someone to talk with who won't judge. I am counting calories and trying to exercise.

I agree it is SO much harder to do it on your own, and no need to! This is the most fantastic place for support! I was just thinking today... I could never have come this far without 3FC!!! Welcome and hope you find you way around very soon.

You're right about doing it alone. It's so hard.
I totally agree with Misti. If it weren't for 3FC, I think I would have given up. Everyone here is so supportive, you'll love it.
I would love to be a buddy.
Talk about similar backgrounds. I am 33, married, have a 2.5 yr old daughter, work for a bank, I am counting calories and exercising.
It also appears that we have about the same amount of weight to lose.
