I keep looking around at threads for a buddy and I suppose it's time to start one of my own for a buddy...
I just finished the second year of college and am ready for a change! I am spending the summer at home and have been applying everywhere for a summer job... with no luck I have been eating non stop and am ready to make a change. I weigh around 230 right now (highest I've ever been

) and I'm looking to go down to the 150 range, so I have quite a bit to loose. I am working on limiting my portions, drinking more water... and less pop, and execising more. At school I finally got into the rotuine of going to the gym and really enjoyed it, losing about 20 pounds, unfortunatly at the end of the school year I broke my ankle and gained back all the weight. Saving for school joining a gym here is really not an option. I'm ready to start again with the time I have an get on the right track before I head back to school.
I'm looking for a buddy who is in college or entering and is going for some of the same goals. I need someone who can help me stay on track, and I can help too! I always have my AIM on and am looking for a friend who wants to make life long changes to improve their health!
