Hi, I can relate to your problem! I've been fighting this battle for a long time too. I keep loosing, only to regain! I'm really fed up with this yo-yo! I intend to keep the weight off this time. I'm a nurse, so I know nutrition, how to diet. I know I have to exercise for health. I just don't do it! Why do we treat our bodies this way?
What ever diet you choose, make sure it's one you can stick to for a long time! Almost any diet works. I choose to change my eating habits this time. No diet. Just good healthy eating, watching portions. A life style change. I also make sure I get my exercise in. I walk and lift weights. Something I can continue.
