WOW!!! thanks everyone for your help!!I have learn alot already!! Its nice to know that u have people out there that are willing to help!! I was on this website a couple weeks ago and i posted needing help wit losing weight and this nice lady Angeleyez I am sure u all now her told me this site. And i read the site name and i am like okkk I can this is going work out already!! I am a guy but i took a chance and looked and i am glad i did i seen some other guys on there which made me feel a lil better and not out of place!! :P but to see all these people helping other people and seeing all this resources and stuff i couldnt pass it out!! I also think its pretty cool to have ur own journal and to read other peoples thats nice so i made one the other day!! Thanks for having me!! I appreciate the help and someday i hope i can do the same
