Default New Here!

Hello!

I just stumbled across this site looking for weight loss ideas and am so happy to have found it. I am in desperate need of losing weight. I am a 27 year old SAHM to two wonderful children. I would like to get my weight under control before I start having health problems. I have always had a weight problem, so I know it is going to be more of a life-style change rather than a diet. I am having trouble getting the motivation to work out because I am so depressed about my weight problem. Anyway I would love a buddy that can help keep me on track and give me some advice on shedding this weight. I look forward to "talking" with all of you!

Glad you stumbled over to this site.
You will find a great deal of motivation and support here.
Are you doing anything specific as far as diet and exercise?

You're going to love this website, it's a wealth of info & support.

You definitely have the right way of thinking. This is a way of life, not a temporary thing.

There are so many different plans out there. Check out all the forums within, they have different plans. Calorie counters, low carb, South Beach, WW, Sonoma, and so many others. Read about the different plans, pick one you can see yourself doing for the rest of your life.

I'd also suggest you read the maintenance forum. There is a lot of inspiration on that forum as well as information and support.

Whatever you decide do, we're all in it togther. Everyone here is so nice and you'll get plenty of support.
