Hi everyone! I'm currently 140lbs . I'm only 5'0 so every pound huge on me. So far I have lost 16 pounds (from 156lb). Over the last 1-2 years I gained a lot of weight, and really want to get back to the weight I used to be and to fit into all my old clothes.
As for exercise. I walk on the treadmill for 30min in the mornings and go for another 30-45min walk in the afternoon. I plan to start some basic weight training soon, having recently purchased some dumbells. I really want to stick with this and lose the weight.
I would love someone to e-mail daily with in order to keep the motivation and accountability going for the long haul. I'd like someone who is really serious about doing this, and committed to stick it out. It'd be great if you were in your 20-30s and have similar weightloss goals. I would love someone to challenge me.
I'd also love to have a challenge going with a few people who have similar weightloss goals. Nothing like a bit of competition to keep you motivated!
