Default New and need some support

I am new to the board and need all the support I can get. I recently entered the biggest loser competition at our local YMCA and have no choice but to stay motivated. I meet with a personal trainer 3 times a week and am trying to make myself go 2 a day as well. I am only in the first week of 8 and can tell I am already getting tired. I have over 100 lbs to lose and often look at that and convince myself that it is impossible. So anyone who wants to be buddies I would love the support.

I will buddy up with you! I too am starting on the weight loss journey, and need all the motivation that I can get. I need to lose 50 pounds. I started on my weight loss journey last summer, and I lost 25 pounds but over the winter I have gained it all back. We will help each other reach our weight loss goals!

Welcome girls! I am 25 and a mother of 5. I need to lose about 80 lbs..but instead of thinking of it that way (because it seems so out of reach) I am thinking about it 10-15 lbs goals at a time. I excercise every day (30-45 min sometimes more) and I watch what I eat and drink lots of water...dont really do the diet thing..because if I want something I eat it..I just work out harder that day....

Default Support Welcome

First time trying online support. I need to lose a lot of weight and have a hard time staying motivated. Easter was tough with all the chocolate around. I walk my two beagles every day but need more intense exercise. I know what I have to do but if something good is around I have a hard time saying no. However, I am also tired of telling myself I'd lose weight for the last 10 years. I am aiming for 50 then 50 after that. I'd like to be in touch with someone daily if possible - nights are my worst.

Default Little lost

I would like to email someone regularly to inspire me and stay on track and I do the same for them. I am not finding this site easy to find what I lost did and how to get a response.

Hi finallyfit... I think with a bit of practice you will learn to navigate the site! You can set it up so you get emails with links to the threads you are posting in.
