Hello everyone! I am a "wee*****ubby" and I am here for the support, direction. motivation, suggestion, and so on, that I have briefly uncovered here. I work 7pm to 7am, 3 or 4 nights a week so joining anything in the real time world isn't feesable. I am greatly impressed with all I have read so far and hope to join some of these groups and challenges.

How much do you hope to lose? What kind of diet/life-style program are you looking for? Do you plan on doing any exercise?

Wow there's so much around here, it's hard to advise where to start! But have a look around and I am sure you will be met with friendliness and encouragement wherever you go around here!!
