Hi! I am new to the board but have been doing LAWL since New Years. I went in wanting to lose 26 pounds and have lost 12.5 so far.
I am 34 with two very busy little boys (7 & 5) I work full time and go to graduate school! CRAZY!
I am interested in new things people are eating on this diet. I am on the yellow program.
My problem is that I lose 10 pounds or so, but can't seem to lose anymore, and then give up gain it back and start over very Spring! I am stuck, bored, and need motivation.
