Hey all thought I would start a new thread for our new week!!!
Diet- 3 HEALTHY meals, 2 HEALTHY snacks
Exersice- 5 times to the gym, 3 Long walks
Water- 4 glasses a day
Goal- update my blog!
Reward-A new magazine!

and didnt even get on the scales today. thought after the bad weekend i wouldnt bother and give it a couple more days. hopefully ill of got a couple of extra pounds off.

Our family is going to the mountains in July and I plan to be in shape by then!!! So this is week 1 for me. I'll find your week 1's and catch up this weekend. My goalthis week: 3 healthy meals, 2 fruit/veggie snacks, cardio exercise 4-5 times, 2-3 times with weights.
