Well i was here for a while...And i disappeared. I gained some weight back. I'm 23 5'4" and weigh 247. I would LOVE to drop weight for myself. I notice I eat when I'm bored and when I'm just sitting around. Its a hard habit to break. ANyone wanna buddy with a girl in need of STRICT motivator?
