im new to this site..and i wanted a buddy..preferably someone with aim messenger..to keep in touch not just on the forums..

i am a 20 year old college student living in southern california..turning 21 in october..hopefully i will be at goal by then..cross your fingers for me

i am 6'0"..when i started my weight watchers program in january 06..i was 227lbs and i am now 209.8lbs..my goal is to be 160lbs

I would love to buddy up with you. I am 22 in Canada, I don't have AIM but I have MSN messenger...I am 5'4" started at 160 and I'm now down to about 148'ish, looking to make it down to around 130 depending on how I feel when I get there. It's great to find people around our age to chat to about healthy weightloss. Are you sure you want to be 160, that seems kind of low for someone 6' I think you could probably look good at 165-170...aim for there and then readjust when you get there maybe? You know your own body best. I started out doing weight watcher's so I know the program well (flexpoints anyway) but I am now calorie counting and seeing more results with that.
