Hi everyone,
My name is Jacquelyn and I'm looking for a diet buddy. I'm 5'6", 240 lbs and would like to be 150 lbs so I have a long way to go. I've lost about 5 lbs the last few weeks just eating healthier foods. I've cut out fast food, soda, and processed foods. Sticking mainly with whole grains, fresh fruit, and fresh vegetables. I still need to add some exercise into my routine.
