Hi everyone,
I'm in almost everyone's situation here, i want to lose weight

I lost about 35 pounds 2 years ago, I've put on 15 pounds after that. So my current weight is 175 lbs. My goal is to lose 30 lbs. I want to get motivated, and get rid of the pounds once and for all. I'm 23, and dont wish to start having blood pressure and cholesterol problems at a young age. I live in Southern Maryland.
