Hey everyone...
Well I am kindof new here.. I have been checking the boards out for a few weeks.. I must confess I'm not much of a type/talker sometimes, but will try an post often.. My News Years Resolution was to get healthier by eating better, start excercising and hopefully get a better feeling about myself.. I didnt realize how heavy I really was until I went to the Dr this weekend.. I was last there in Nov. 2005 and weight 248, I am at around 220 right now.. I was never one to weight myself, I started at a gym the middle of January and that was the first weight I had really paid attention to.. which it was 237 then.. I guess I just figured that was around what I had been weighing lately.. Although I know I have been alot heavy in past years, I would say around 275 is my heavest ever.. I pretty much cut out soda, chips, candy, fast food.. Watch my portions better, drink more water, and been doing my workouts 3-6 times a week.. I reactly bought a weight bench, so when I dont make it to the gym I lift weights at home.. Anyways I guess a goal is 190, then maybe 170, and I think 150 would be a good finishing goal.. Just have to wait an see I guess.. I think I can do it.. I have made it over 2 months now, I would of liked better results, but I know the slower the better.. Well I suppose I have written enough, hope everyone has a great night..
