Default I Am A Newbie Too!!

Hello EVERYONE!!My Name Is Cassy, Married 4 Yrs This April And Want To Look Fabulous For My Anniversary(short Term) And Begin To Fit In The Clothes That He Met Me In .

We Grew Up And Grew Out Together....Being Really Small And Then Really Big Afforded Me The Opportunity To See Both Sides Of The Spectrum. I Am Treated Differently As A Larger Person Than I Was When I Was A Smaller Person, Which Can Be Hurtful And Discouraging. I Decided That 2006 Will Be My Year To Make A Change In My Life -from The Inside Out. I Have To Love The Body That I Am In Now And Love And Appreciate The Body That I Want To Be In. Some Days Are Harder Than Others But I Am Determined Now More Than Ever. I Want To Have A Baby In About A Year. I Dont Want To Be This Heavy With Baby Fat Too!! I Have To Be Mindful Of What My Dr. Sister Told Me, " Girl As You Lose You Get More Fertile, So Watch Out!!"

With The Support That I Have Seen Demonstrated Daily On This Site, I Am Certain That I Can Get To Where I Want To Be.. I Will Be More Encouraged To Say That We Can Get There Together! I Am Doing Turbo Jam Now-my First Week. I Like It Alot, Hard As Heck Though.

Well To All My BBW's( Big Beautiful Women) 2006 Is Our Year. Let's Do This!!!!

HEY LEA!!! SO GOOD TO MEET YA.. I HAVE A BOOTLEG COMPUTER SO UNFORTUNATELY I CANT YAHOO CHAT BUT I WOULD LOVE TO BUDDY UP WITH YA..GIRL, IT WAS SO HARD TO GET UP THIS MORNING TO WORK OUT AND I CAME HERE TO GET INSPIRATION..I AM IN SO MUCH PAIN FROM YESTERDAY'S WORKOUT!!

WE ARE GOING TO DO IT TOGETHER!! I NEED TO LOOSE ABOUT 80 TO 100 LBS TO GET TO WHERE I NEED TO BE. IT DIDNT GET ALL THIS BUTT IN 6 MONTHS AND I KNOW THAT IT WONT COME OFF IN 6, BUT MY GOAL IS TO LOSE AT LEAST 10 LBS A MONTH. I KNOW THAT 200 ILBS IS A LOT TO MOST PEOPLE BUT I WANT TO GET TO THAT WEIGHT.. I AM TALL- 5'9" AND I LIKED THE WAY I LOOKED AND FELT AT THAT WEIGHT. cassy,

how much did you workout lol it should feel like you did workout but not be in too much agony. take it slow 30 mins max if your new at workouts, no rush you didnt gain it in 1 day and it surely wouldnt poof in one day no matter how much you wish for it lol. trust me i am all out of wishes too. i want to lose weight because i want to get bendy and do all the things that would require one to have a bendy body lol, from riding on roller coaster with no fear of fitting on the rides, to well rocking my boyfriends world with some wild positions in bed, he complains he doesnt want me to lose my bootay thinks its hot, i am like sorry dude its going too , its too big, no way its going to disappear no matter how thin i get the thing just stands at attention and has its own neon sign attached to it flashing so it cant be missed lol

HEY LEANDRA GIRL!! YOU ARE TOO FUNNY!!

I OFTEN SAY THAT IT WAS DIVINE INTERVENTION THAT ALL THIS STUFF GOT ATTACHED TO MY BUTT, THIGHS, ETC.. I WAS PROBABLY GETTING TOO OUT OF HAND!

I DID THE FULL CARDIO PARTY MIX1. I AM ALWAYS SORE AFTER THE FIRST TIME THAT I BEGIN ANY WORKOUT AGAIN.. AFTER I WORKED OUT I WASNT AS SORE WHICH IS GOOD!!

Default so upset!

SO UPSET THIS MORNING.... FOR SOME REASON I WOKE UP AT 7 HAVING ONLY 4 HRS OF SLEEP. I DECIDED TO GET UP RIGHT THEN AND DO TJ CARDIO PARTY. I COULDNT GET THRU 20 MIN! I KNOW I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN PROPER REST PROBABLY, BUT AN OVERALL SENSE OF FAILURE CAME OVER ME ESPECIALLY SINCE I HAVE DONE IT ALL WEEK WITHOUT FAILURE. I JUST WANT THIS SO BAD YOU KNOW.. SO I LAID DOWN AND TRIED TO GET SOME MORE REST. ALL I DREAMED ABOUT WAS BIENG THE SIZE I WANT TO BE, IN THE CLOTHES I WANT TO BE IN AND BEING DESIRERD BY ALL THESE PEOPLE-FOR SOME REASON TODAY IT WAS A COMEDIAN THAT I SAW ON BET ONCE.. HE WAS FIGHTING OVER ME..LOL!!! AFTER I WOKE UP I REALIZED THAT BECAUSE OF THOSE DREAMS AND MY DEEP SUBCONSCIENCE DESIRES, I AM GOING TO HAVE TO FINISH THE LAST 27 MIN. EVEN IF I CANT DO ALL THE MOVES THE WAY THE INSTRUCTOR DOES, EVEN IF IT IS HARD. I KNOW THAT I AM SWEATING AND BURNING SOME CALORIES SO I HAVE TO TRUST THAT SOON I WILL SEE RESULTS.

SORRY YALL, I JUST NEEDED TO TESTIFY THIS MORNING...
