im new, so therefore this is my first post, my name is lauren, im 19 years old and from new jersey, i started dieting in December when i reached 250 lbs and since then i have lost 65 pounds, ideally i want to get down to 130-125. im up for meeting and talking to anyone about pretty much anything.

thanks!! i cut back on pretty much all of the junk food that i use to eat, replaced alot of the junk with fruits, veggies and low cal/non fat food, completely took red meat out of my diet, and started doing yoga and cardio daily.
Hey Lauren! Congratulations on the 65 pound loss; that is really impressive! There's a board on 3FC that you might be interested in-- it's for "20-somethings" and although you aren't quite there yet you're certianly welcome. A lot of the threads in there have to deal with school and other stuff that 20-somethings have problems with.
