There are so many people here on a number of different diets. I would look around to try and get some ideas. What works for one person may not work for everyone. I would pick one that you think that could actually stick with.
Myself, I am counting calories and exercising. After 3 weeks it seems to be working pretty good. I find it easier than being on a diet that states you can only eat this or you can't have that.
Either way and whatever you decide to do for your weight loss. this is a great site and you will find everyone very supportive.
