am a newbie
Hey, everyone am Michelle and 31 (well will be on March 10) married to Rob and we have 4 kids.. We live in Ohio the Cleveland area.. I have been struggling with weight loss for years now it seems.. I have lots to lose and would love a mircale wouldn't we all. I have tried ever diet out there including the exersize and the water until you feel like you are floating. I hope that someone out here has a diet that is working wonders for them that can share or even differnt ideas you can share. I can't wait to get to know all of you.

There are so many people here on a number of different diets. I would look around to try and get some ideas. What works for one person may not work for everyone. I would pick one that you think that could actually stick with. Myself, I am counting calories and exercising. After 3 weeks it seems to be working pretty good. I find it easier than being on a diet that states you can only eat this or you can't have that. Either way and whatever you decide to do for your weight loss. this is a great site and you will find everyone very supportive. Best of Luck to You!! Leec |
Welcome! I bet you have one hectic lifestyle. :) Have you looked into something low-carb? There is a great Atkin's community on this board. The main thing, is to have a plan, and not flounder hoping the right one will find you. You'll have better success with a game plan.
