Best of luck to you, i'm new also actually yesterday was my first day here. I have absolutely NO willpower, that is my biggest downfall. I've dieted on and off for the past 20 yrs + so i've really ticked off my metabolism..lol I'm doing my own version of Atkins, I may not lose as fast but I HAVE to be able to have fruit and veggies, you're very limited on this plan with fruits, but I can't for the life of me think eating an apple or banana is going to kill me! hopefully!!! lol
