My name is Charlene and i'm new here! Occasionally i search for something on yahoo and it brings me here and gives me a lot of answers, so i thought i would sign up!
I'm 23 years old and i've decided it's time to lose weight once and for all. I've been counting calories (which is working really well for me!) and exercising for 3 weeks yesterday and i've lost 10 pounds (i lost 5 before that, without trying somehow). The best i've done on a diet in awhile. I lost 50 lbs a few years ago, and gained 35 of it back since! Yuck!
It will be nice to have a community of support and people who know what i'm going through when things get tough and who can celebrate with me when things go well!
Hi Charlene! SusanB pointed out the Calorie Counter section, and there's also one for 20-somethings that sometimes tends to be a little less about diets and a little more about daily life. Either way, it's great. Fabulous job on the 15 pounds gone, and I know pretty soon that number will be even bigger!
