Hello Im new. I have been dieting since 1/9/06 and so far have lost 27lbs. before you jump all over me, Im on phentermine, I eat between 1200-1400 cals a day, work out for 60 minutes 7 days a week, and only drink water.
I do tai fit workouts one week then the next I do my treadmill. I find that if you switch up work outs you see better results faster.
its just an appetite suppressant and Im not allowed to take fat burners or any other weight loss pill with it. So besides from it only leting me eat what I can Im taking off the LBS with my workouts. Only a doc can get it for you, unless you pay 130.00 to buy online and you would also be risking wasting it becuase there are alot of bad people on the net.
Im pleased with it, I really need to be down to at least 150 by July.
WOW congrats Hollizle....that is excellent progress......funny my DR's are putting me on Phentermine........have you had any side effects?........They said it will help me lose the last of my weight, I only need to lose about another 50lbs......I have to waite another week as I had surgery last week....so this is great, another person on phentermine.!!!!!we should buddy up!!lol
Yeah my Dr told me it has to monitered for BP!!.......I am really excited to get going on it.....I had been on it a couple of years ago and lost a good amount of weight!!....so what do you do for the dry mouth?
Drink water lol. Thats all I can do. hey do you know If I can take one a day weight smart with it. She told me not to take any other diet pill with it but I thought that all one a days where vitamins?
Is Phentermine available in Canada? I wouldn't mind having something to help boost my weight loss and get me started, I seem to have trouble getting it off.
