HELLO TO ALL NEWBIES!!!!PLEASE READ!!

Hi all!! Seem that we have lost some members of A FEW GOOD FRIENDS and are now looking to add new people to our group!!! Some of the lovely ladies have reached their goals and some simply went MIA!!!
If you are interested in joining a group that posts daily about daily struggles with diet and exercise and life issues,please feel free to jump right in!The more the merrier! All are welcome!
