Thumbs up

Well I began this weight loss journey just 3 weeks ago. I am pleased to say that I have dropped some weight-whooohooo! I am working out 5 times a week and eating according to the weight watchers Points Plan. At first I felt tired and icky. But now I am enjoying it and getting used to cooking healthier. My husband has been very supportive by doing the Point Meals with me and even hitting the gym with me too. I am so happy I found this website and forum. It is great reading about other's struggles. I am inspired to keep going day by day. Thanks Everyone!

I am feeling good! Whoohoo! I am done a little more weight and lov'in it! I am eating for fuel not for frustration, bordom or craving. And when I am eating, I am taking time to think about what I am putting in my body. I have to keep remembering that I just didn't get to be 227 overnight, it took awhile, and it will take awhile to loose the weight too. I can honestly say that you need to diet and exercise to get results. Just doing one or the other is really hard, but doing both together is easier. It has helped to that my husband goes grocery shopping with me. I now spend more time in the fruits and veggie section vs. the premade dinners and junk food aisles. If anyone wants to be a penpal and keep eacher in "check" just let me know

Hope all is well with everyone and lets keep loosing!
