Hello all, Im new to the 3fc community. Im 20 years old and in my third year of college. I crash dieted in college and now im suffering the consequences went from 139 pounds afterwards to gaining it all back, and I am currently 183 pounds(at 5'8)
I can no longer fit into any clothes in the Juniors section of stores and started to get stretch marks last year (AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!). I feel way older than I am... now when I am on my feet at work for 6 hours or more my feet start to hurt really badly. Im sure this is because of my weight! I dont exercise.. all I do is sit on the computer all day and its catching up to me
My goal is to lose weight the healthy way this year, hopefully by my 21st birthday at the end of October! Looking for any kind of support

Hey there!

I'm 20 as well and know what you mean about feeling older. I never hang out with people my age because I just don't do the same things they do (clubs, etc) and I certainly don't look like them. Congratulations on your loss before, and that means you CAN do it! I'm planning on being at my goal by October as well, which will be the one year "anniversary." What are you going to school for?
