Hello all, Im new to the 3fc community. Im 20 years old and in my third year of college. I crash dieted in college and now im suffering the consequences
went from 139 pounds afterwards to gaining it all back, and I am currently 183 pounds(at 5'8)
I can no longer fit into any clothes in the Juniors section of stores
and started to get stretch marks last year (AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!). I feel way older than I am... now when I am on my feet at work for 6 hours or more my feet start to hurt really badly. Im sure this is because of my weight! I dont exercise.. all I do is sit on the computer all day and its catching up to me
My goal is to lose weight the healthy way this year, hopefully by my 21st birthday at the end of October! Looking for any kind of support
