I'm a military wife - married two years. I've gained 27 pounds over the past 2 years. We only had one car up until now so I stayed in a lot and ate more and more. I also graduated highschool and stopped playing sports, so my activity went way down - which is why I'm here!
Both my hubby and I want to start eating healthy and lose weight. Any help would be great, we both work a lot so quick/easy/healthy recipies are what we're looking for! Ohhh and I don't eat meat or seafood (aside from chicken & turkey)!
