Default my introduction

Hi,
Don't even know how I ran across this site, but glad I did. Looking forward to meeting new people, on the same journey as I.....weight loss, and better health.
I've always been a very active person, and an avid walker, but bottom line, is I just shove too much in the 'ol pie hole, and it's slowly crept up on me over the years. No more excuses, and no more summers wearing baggy long shorts, and/or staying in the back yard due to embarrassment.

Hi and welcome! There are directions for building trackers up at the top of the main forum in the announcements and forum help, I think.

i thought i read the instructions, and i made my ticker, and then copy and pasted it...i'll have to try it again.
as far as what I want to eat...elaborate, please!!!

The first time I did my ticker I cut and pasted the wrong kind into 3fc. Maybe try the others ???? HTML ???? I'm not much good with that stuff.

I just thought I was sounding like a broken record asking people what food plan they were on
Are you thinking of following a 'plan' or cutting potions or counting calories?

Also do you plan on counting cals if so you may want to try www.fitday.com
