Hey welcome to the forum! You can PM me whenever you want! I am on about 5 times a day (atleast) and am always looking for people to chat with about weight loss... like I keep saying the more I chat about it the more I talk to others who have similar goals the more likely it will be that I will be succesful this time... I started South Beach and the forum on Tuesday and love it so far... am doing great with my exercise and feel like I'm on a roll!
I think what you are saying is pretty much how it is for all of us out here... using food as a crutch for dealing with emotions and feelings... I guess the keys are to eat when you're hungry and then process the emotions when you are not hungry but drawn to eat? I know it's easier said than done because I do the same thing...
I know I've been wanting to lose weight since I was about 10 years old, have been on all sorts of diets and haven't stuck with anything... really praying that it will actually work this time...
