new here and do not know where to begin....I need to lose 100 lbs and I have no help here at home. saw this site and thought it would be fun and I could get some good ideas.

I live in North coast area of Oregon....I guess we're neighbors!

I don't get any help myself through friends nor family...except my kids but their kids! LOL! Guess I can take all the support I can get, right? Anywho, I am in a weight loss group that's wonderful! If it wasn't for them, I don't know what I'd do. Go check out the "groups" forum....you'll find lots of them!!!!

I hope you will get motivated and inspirated!

Hello! Dont be discouraged! You can do this! It seems like a big number now but just take it one pound at a time! Set little goals and pretty soon that big goal will be closer than you think! Good luck!!

Hi there! I used to live in Puyallup - so guess I was your next door neighbor. Now we moved over the mountains to E WA. I LOVED taking the stroller down to the Tacoma waterfront and walking there! Great place to exercise. Good luck getting healthy. I have the same amount of weight to lose as you. We can do it!
