well Im 24 years old and have 1son. We live in the U.k.
iv tried losing weight many times before but lose 1 or 2 pounds and then give up iv got a heck of a way to go but this is the best iv done, lost 13lbs so far i know its not much but its a start. Was browsing the net this morning for smoothie recipes and found this site, i think its fab!!! dont know anyone my age as big as me so its good to know im not the only one out there who needs to lose a couple pounds. when i was 16-17 years i was 125lbs and hated how i looked, thought i was a whale....how i would love to look like that now lol! hope to get to know u all soon.

thanks for the congrats, i mentioned to a couple of skinny friends and all i got was the look (u know the one skinny ppl give wen they are thinking where from i certainly cant see u gettin any smaller)
its great to hav a supportive place like this to have people to talk to who understand how hard it is to lose weight.
im also a sahm single mum to a beautiful little boy who i home educate.
