Hello everyone!

I have to say I am so happy to have found this community!!! My name is Christi and I am a SAHM to three kiddies. As of today, I am 50 pounds overweight and am ready to lose it all!!! My husband and have decided we need to get healthy. And while there isn't a doubt in my mind that we can and will eventually do it....I know that I will need some help along the way!!
I have done WW and am currently reading Dr. Phil's book. While I think both programs are amazing...the journaling and counting points thing became tedious for me, so I have decided to take from both programs...eat right, portion control, exercise and healthy living and get rid of this extra weight!!!
I cannot wait to get to know everyone here...forgive me if I make mistakes as I navigate around the boards. Thanks in advance!!!
