I started out following the winning points program with weightwatcher's then when they changed to the flex points..I did that..and continue to follow...
For exercise:I started out with doing WATP for my exercise at my heaviest....I then did Curves for about a year, and reached a point where nothing was happening anymore...so I joined the YMCA and most recently started taking step aerobics classes, along with power sculpting classes also..
It's alot of work... but I will NEVER go back to that weight EVER again!
I just take it one day at a time...If I mess up... I forgive and move on...
Forgiveness is a big key this time..it's something I never did !
