Smile Newbie Here
Hi all..I just found this board...and what an awesome place here..My name is Melissa I'm 34 yrs old, and I live in Maine

I have lost 100 lbs with Weightwatcher's and still want to lose about 17 more..I have been stuck for a while at this weight....I have been at this for over 2 and a half yrs..

I hope to get to know some of ya....

I started out following the winning points program with weightwatcher's then when they changed to the flex points..I did that..and continue to follow...


For exercise:I started out with doing WATP for my exercise at my heaviest....I then did Curves for about a year, and reached a point where nothing was happening anymore...so I joined the YMCA and most recently started taking step aerobics classes, along with power sculpting classes also..

It's alot of work... but I will NEVER go back to that weight EVER again!

I just take it one day at a time...If I mess up... I forgive and move on...
Forgiveness is a big key this time..it's something I never did !

I just joined WW last week and had a 10lb loss this first week, stories like yours are encouraging.
