Buffy hi! again!
Well I said I was not going to way myself until next week but I did anyways, today. I am glad I did I am alomost at that 10 pound mark. If I could the exercise in there I would be doing much better.
My husband is being very supportive. He needs to lose weight too. He is just not going as hard at it as I am. Truly 3FC is very encouraging. I check every day as soon as I get home from work.
I worked in a hospital for 7 years and was trained in all of the various diet plans. I just wasn't ready to follow them. I am sticking with the 6 small meals and 30 grams of fat. It seems to be working. I have not had any potatoes, rice or pasta. Haven't wanted it yet. I have not had much bread either, I guess you can say that I am kind of following Adkins, too.
Well, I am going to go! Again remember WE CAN DO IT!

Hi Catherine!

Sorry for the lag in my posts. Life got a little busy there. I am currently changing jobs so I haven't really followed my diet but definitely kept my diet in mind when ordering. I've been eating out a lot which we all know to be the kiss of death sometimes!

I haven't weighed myself yet but I'm going to tomorrow. I don't feel that bad so I'm hoping I didn't gain any weight! My new job has a state of the art gym right there with showers and everything so I'm hoping that will kick start a great exercise regime. I have a good friend who already works there and follows WW. I'm going to stick to my low calorie, low carb diet that I am doing but to do some exercise too would make a huge difference.

You are right -- we can do it! I hope you are doing well and I'll talk to you again tomorrow!!!

Hello Catherine
I think for the sake of your High Blood Pressure and Diabetes you need to really refrain from the temptation. Because having those 3 strikes against you isn't good at all I want to help you get out of the this dark hole that you're in because honey you're digging a shallow grave here and you need to get out quick before all the **** caves in! You know what i"m going to be your Buddy because I know I can help you because I'm 30 pounds overweight and I need to lose weight and we can benefit from each other's weight loss

Hello Taneisha, It is very nice to hear from you! I am doing well with my diet so far! My blood sugers are withen normal ranges and I have more energy to do things. Which is very good. My goal is to go off of one if not both my blood pressure medicines. I would like to go off of the insulin or at least cut it way back. I can do it! So how are going about losing your weight? HAve you had any major struggles? HOpe to hear from you again.

Hey Buffy, You are difinately going to do great with the gym there and someone to go with you for support. My first real goal is to get out of plus sizes. I am on my way there! So how long do you think it is going top take both of us to get to 140?! How tall are you? I am only 5'2, so that is a whole lot of weight for me. Talk to you later!
